Three Divisions

Your role, all year long.

You'll specialize in mowing or landscaping โ€” that's your craft. When winter comes, our snow division keeps work on the schedule for anyone who wants to stay paid year-round.

Lawn Mowing

Weekly routes, clean stripes, sharp edges. April through October โ€” same crew, same standard, every visit.

Landscaping

Spring and fall cleanups, mulch installs, plantings, and project work. The visible difference between a yard and a property.

Snow Removal

Plowing, salt, and sidewalks December through February. Optional for our crew โ€” but if you want winter hours, they're here.

Who is Precision Cutz?
We're a locally-owned, owner-operated lawn and landscape company serving Northwest Indianapolis for 10+ years. 150+ five-star reviews, three service divisions, and a team that genuinely likes working here. Not a franchise, not a corporate chain.
Where are you located and where do you work?
Our shop is in Northwest Indianapolis. We service Carmel, Zionsville, Westfield, and the surrounding area. Crews report to the shop, load up together, and roll out โ€” so you're not chasing job sites in your own vehicle.
What's the company culture like?
Direct, drama-free, and team-first. We do good work, we communicate clearly, and we treat each other like adults.
How are people paid?
Weekly โ€” every Thursday. We've never missed a payroll and we don't plan to. Specifics on hourly vs. performance pay are role-dependent and we walk through exact numbers in the interview.
Do you offer year-round work?
Office positions are year-round by default. Field roles run April through October, with the option to stay on payroll through winter on our snow division. It's optional, not required โ€” either way, your spring spot is yours.
How long does the application process take?
The online application takes about 5 minutes. If you're a fit, we'll call you within 48 hours for a quick phone screen, then bring you in to meet the team. We make decisions fast โ€” good people don't like waiting around.
Do you drug test?
Yes โ€” pre-employment and post-incident. We're operating heavy equipment and driving company vehicles, so safety isn't negotiable.
